Biosolve offers Rh-dyes: RH-1691, RH-1692 and RH-1838. These Rh-dyes are voltage sensitive (with amphiphilic character). An important feature is their ability to rapidly alter the intensity and wavelengths of emitted fluorescent light with high temporal resolution (down to the millisecond) as a result of membrane potential changes. A major advantage of RH dyes is their absence of absorption in the hemoglobin absorption region, resulting in improve signal to noise ratio, making them suitable for in-vivo usage.
