TBE Buffer 10X Molecular biology
10x concentrated TBE buffer (Tris-Borate-EDTA buffer). TBE buffer is the most common buffer for DNA/RNA gel electrophoresis under non-denaturing or denaturing (with the addition of urea) conditions.
